Tuition / Indemnity

Where Amma's Spice offers cooking demonstrations, tuition or spice tastings, attendance is at the participant's own risk. By taking part, attendees acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Please advise our staff of any known food allergies or intolerances before tasting or handling any product.
• Amma's Spice, its owners and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction or loss arising from participation in tuition, tastings or use of any product purchased or sampled.
• Participants are responsible for the safe handling of any equipment, spice or ingredient provided during a session.
• Amma's Spice reserves the right to amend session content, dates or availability at its discretion.
